Pole Conditioning Classes
Taking one of our pole conditioning classes is an excellent supplement to your pole training! This 50 minute class incorporates high intensity interval training (HIIT) and a range of core pole fundamentals to give you a fast-paced cardio and strength based workout. You will continue to develop your strength and stamina as you are fast-tracked towards a multitude of ways of pole climbing and inverting.
This class is designed for every level of poler. However, we do NOT recommend this class as your first ever pole class. This class is based on some pole basics, which you will learn in our "Beginner Pole Fitness" classes. If you are still unsure if this class is for you please contact us.
