Pole Bootcamp Classes
Taking one of our pole bootcamp classes is an excellent supplement to your pole training! Pole Bootcamp is set to get your heart racing as you are challenged with strength and conditioning drills on and off the pole. Pole Bootcamp is designed to develop your pole fitness skills, so that you can achieve all of your pole goals - whether that is to simply climb up the pole, go upside down with ease or to be able deadlift your way into handsprings. Whatever your pole goals may be Pole Bootcamp will take your pole training to the next level..
This class is designed for every level of poler. However, we do NOT recommend this class as your first ever pole class. This class is based on some pole basics, which you will learn in our "Beginner Pole Fitness" classes. If you are still unsure if this class is for you please contact us.
