Stretch & Flex

Do you dream of backbends, chest stands, splits - front and middle? At Pole Power Fitness we want to help make all of your flexibility dreams come true! Whether that's to simply bend and not break, to be able to touch your toes or to finally conquer your splits! Whatever your reason, we are here to stretch and flex you!

Our Stretch & Flex classes are suitable for anyone, regardless of your flexibility (or lack of). We use a variety of stretching techniques to increase your range of motion throughout your joints and your flexibility through your spine, legs, hips, shoulders, chest and everywhere else. We will move you through a multitude of yoga poses, dynamic movements and partner assisted stretches to have you bending and stretching in every which way!

Please bring your own yoga mat. Yoga blocks are optional.

Spaces are limited so booking is essential.
